Description
Produced from grapes grown by my good friend of over 20 years, Brian Gallaway. This wine is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grown in Sonoma County’s Dry Creek Valley. Aged in French barrels, 30% of which were new, allowing the finished wine to show greater depth and complexity with notes of mocha, vanilla and spice.
You’ll find concentrated berry flavors of cassis, blackberry and tea, ending in a long finish. As a result of longer aging in barrel, our Cab has smooth, long tannins allowing you to enjoy now or lay down for more aging.
