Zinfandel was the first wine that we produced commercially, after our trial vintage of 1999. After we sold our Russian River estate vineyard at the end of 2017, we still continued to grow and produce Zinfandel, this time from a friend and neighbors property whose name was Ray. The 2023 vintage marks the end of our relationship with this grape. You’ll find the classic aroma notes of licorice and black pepper with a hint of bay leaf, followed by flavors that are fruit filled with black raspberry and cedar. We hope that you’ll enjoy it.
