Description
Produced from grapes grown by my good friend of over 20 years, Brian Gallaway. This wine is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grown in Sonoma County’s Dry Creek Valley. Aged in French barrels, 30% of which were new, allowing the finished wine to show greater complexity and notes of mocha, vanilla and spice.
You’ll find concentrated berry flavors of cassis, blackberry and tea, ending in a long finish. As a result of longer aging in barrel, our Cab has smooth, long tannins allowing you to enjoy now or lay down for more aging.
