Have knives will travel. Yes, it’s more complicated than that, but for over ten years I have been preparing special lunch and dinners for guests as a private chef either at the winery or in their own homes. It could be as simple as a hosted wine and cheese tasting where I feature locally produced cheeses from Sonoma & Marin counties along with my wines, or a dinner party for up to 24 guests, I’m prepared to offer an unforgettable experience.
The caveat “catch me if you can” because now that I’m living in France during spring and summer, my schedule is extremely limited; all experiences must be hosted at your home or vacation rental. I generally have availability during fall when I return to produce wine. Please feel free to inquire if you’re interested and to check on availability.

The offering is simple – spend a week with me as we explore Burgundy and Champagne together in a personalized guided tour of these two vast regions.
With so much to see and do in six full days, I’ll be working with you from the beginning to tailor your week especially for you and your guests.
A typical itinerary will begin on Saturday afternoon and conclude on the following Saturday morning.
We’ll be spending most of our time in the Northern Burgundy and Southern Champagne regions in what Forbes described in 2023 as one of the top 10 lesser known wine regions of the World.
